After a failed three months on the market, Alexa Silva took over the reins. Wisdom prevailed (both hers and mine!) and I removed my mitts and philosophy from the selling process. For Alexa to measure up to her reputation and ability, I took a step back and stood behind her. My thinking was selling a HOME. Alexa’s success is selling a HOUSE. Translation is potential buyers need to see themselves, not present owner, while viewing potential purchases. So began Alexa’s staging my Home into someone else’s House. Upfront and honest, this was not a comfortable nor smooth process for me, but it afforded Alexa’s expertise the ability to succeed. After weeks of timing and getting ready, my House hit the market. In seven days, Alexa secured two excellent offers for my House. In present day, very slow Florida market, this was astounding. Alexa is tireless, extremely thorough, wise, caring, forthright and moral. She does not lord her success over others. She serves her clients with sincerity, understanding and encouragement. If you decide to welcome Alexa into the role of selling your House, I feel confident she will succeed in a manner living up to her elite reputation. Real Estate is not just a career nor a paycheck to Alexa. It’s her God given passion.

Laura Backen is writing this review. Alexa did a fantastic job in selling my Dad's house for me afer his passing. She really understood my needs and made the process very easy. I requested a quick sale, as i did not want to carry the holding costs, and the house was sold before even going on the market. Alexa was also very profeessional and definitely understood the real estate market. She also sold my Dad's car for me and handled everything remotely so that I could go back home and leave my Dad's sad house.

Alexa has assisted our family with three moves, both buying and selling, and each and every time has been absolutely wonderful and exceeded expectations. Keeping our needs in mind when selling, she has always set reasonable expectations - taking into account target buyers, pros, cons, market conditions and timeframe. She and her team have always been on the ball getting everything ready to make the absolute best first (and most important) impression to potential buyers - going above and beyond.
