I have used Alexa to buy and sell 2 homes. She is truly amazing. With regard to Selling she was honest and gave us an accurate yet strong sell price and we were able to sell within 30 days both times. With regard to Buying she actually listens to what you want and presents places that fit your dreams. Alexa and her team went out of their way to make sure we sold our house and found another in perfect timing. She met with us to go over our goals and see what was needed to get the house sold. From day 1 I found Alexa to be extremely knowledgeable regarding current market conditions and establishing a fair price for my home. She made several suggestions (which I took) regarding simple landscaping improvements, decluttering tips and staging. While I initially hesitated on a few they were all spot on and I believe did make a difference that was well worth the investment of time or money.As market conditions changed, she was quick to respond with a price adjustment I fully accepted. An offer soon followed. She made several suggestions for modifications to the offer to best protect my interested and from that point on things went smoothly through closing.In watching the market since my sale I have seen prices slide which would have impacted me had I been slower to react to Alexa’s pricing suggestion. This easily saved me tens of thousands of dollars and allowed me to “move on” without this hanging over me.Again, I would encourage sellers to select Alexa Silva and as important, listen to her advice. Alexa provided valuable advice when deciding if we wanted to sell our home and purse the purchase of another home. We had a very precise need and I classified the two deals as "if the stars align" and low and behold Alexa aligned the stars for us! Within 3 days we had 3 offers on the sale of our home and a signed offer to sell our home above list price and a signed deal to purchase the home we wanted. We instantly loved her enthusiasm, experience, track record and her great suggestions to sell it quickly and get our price. The price she told us our house was worth and we could get was a shocker as it was so much higher than we had thought we would ever get. We listed the home through her and never looked back. We got our asking price very quickly and our house was sold. What made this sale possible, was your amazing list of, and relationship with, quality local contractors. Don Koenke roofing was outstanding and amazingly made substantial repairs and installed a new roof in just six weeks. But also ProControl who removed the old insulation and installed new in a matter of a few days. TK Gutters who were also ready to roll right after the roof was finished to install new gutters. Your on-call electrician also jumped on tasks immediately. This made the difference between success and failure. I am certain there is almost no problem you can’t handle. This is why we have bought and sold three homes with you over the last nine years. Your own in-house team are wonderful too. Iris Walters gave us great advice about staging. Trust her, it’s a painful process to “declutter” and “stage” one’s home. But she nailed it. Jessica also handled the whole process and the closing in a very collaborative and professional manner. I tried to sell my home myself before enlisting the help of Alexa. Even in a seller's market, I was unable to get ANY interest at my asking price. That's when I turned to Alexa for help. She came highly recommended by numerous neighbors, so I gave her a call. Her professional, experienced approach to the whole process put me at ease immediately. The very day the "For Sale" sign went up, I had a full price offer with another full price offer as a back up!
